We act as an external procurement consultant and assist with everything from supplier assessments to actively manage the entire purchasing process. We handle all communications with suppliers and have a target that all products must be placed in the right place, at the right time, at the right price - and with the right quality!
On behalf of our customers, we take an active role during the whole purchasing process monitoring the entire flow of information and products from supplier sourcing to final delivery. We also ensure that both product quality and delivery punctuality are met to each client’s expectations.
We work on behalf of our customers, not our suppliers. We are not a reseller of products, instead we search, identify and source suppliers of products according to our customers demands. As a buying agent, we act as your outsourced purchaser. Instead of employing another purchaser in your department, we act as your purchaser and we take care of all aspects in getting the right product, at the right landed price, at the right time to your premises. Our remuneration is based on a percentage of the price of the sourced product.
